Bookings and consultations
Appointments The consultations are conducted online via video call or in-person following the agreement between parties.
- Initial consultation: between 60 to 90 minutes
- Follow-up consultations: up to 30 minutes Please ensure you have selected the correct time zone when booking. Confirmation and joining details will be sent via email.
Fees & Payment All appointments must be paid for at the time of booking. If an appointment is booked manually on your behalf:
- Initial consultations must be paid in full prior to the appointment
- Follow-up consultations must be paid immediately after the appointment, upon receipt of your invoice and payment link via email
Cancellations A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may incur a 50% fee. If you are late, the consultation will still end at the scheduled time.
