Hi, I am Manish Luthra, a compassionate, patient, and professional homeopath based in Dublin, Ireland. I understand that none of us are perfect and that we all carry unique life experiences that can affect our health and wellbeing in different ways. Through my own journey, I discovered homeopathy to be a profound blessing, and today I feel privileged to support people around the world — thanks to online consultations — in restoring their health gently, naturally, and holistically.

I always strive to meet people where they are, with empathy, understanding, and without judgement. If you would like to explore whether homeopathy may support you, please feel free to book a free 15-minute chat.

My journey into homeopathy began in a deeply personal way. In 2006, while studying acupressure, I developed severe pain in my neck and shoulders after carrying heavy weight on a motorbike over a long distance. Someone offered me a few drops of a homeopathic remedy called Arnica, and to my surprise, the relief felt almost immediate. Until that moment, I had never even heard of homeopathy. A year later, after an accident, I experienced intense nerve compression and struggled to find relief. I was then given a few doses of Hypericum, and the response was remarkable. It was more than temporary relief — it felt like genuine healing. That experience became a turning point in my life and marked the beginning of my path in homeopathy.

Every patient brings their own story, and every case is like a puzzle waiting to be understood. Helping someone regain their health brings me immense happiness and fulfilment. When a case is more challenging, it motivates me to look deeper, learn more, and approach it from another perspective. I believe there is always something to learn, both from successes and from difficulties, and this mindset continues to shape me as a practitioner. One thing that never changes is my dedication to helping people who are suffering. I give my full attention, care, and effort to every individual I work with.

Homeopathy is not simply my profession — it is an essential part of my life and a true passion. In my practice, I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where people feel safe to share their concerns openly. I take the time to listen deeply, because I believe feeling heard and understood is an important part of healing itself. Many clients tell me that, often for the first time, they genuinely feel listened to during our consultations.

My studies are deeply rooted in classical homeopathy. I completed four years of academic and clinical training at the Irish School of Homeopathy, and my learning continues every single day. Homeopathy is a vast and ever-evolving field, and I believe there is always room to grow, deepen understanding, and refine one’s practice. I will always consider myself a student of homeopathy, and I take great pride in that continuous journey of learning and service.
